Marley is innocent. The 15 year old should have not been rough-housing with his 5 year old sibling, especially dressed in a costume with a mask and a toy gun, no less! The dog was only trying to protect his child from the masked stranger. Next the neighbor stepped over the boundary of good neighbor to interfering neighbor. And most importantly, they would have had their dog back home already, if not for that over zealous animal control. Do the right thing. Free Marley and let him be reunited with his family.

What a waste of resources. IF the young boy was really being attacked and the brave dog jumped in and saved the boy, they would be giving Marley hero status. Sounds like the humans got in a pi$$ing contest at expense of Marley and he family. Just send him home.

Please set Marley free to be with his family. This seems like a very petty issue for the authorities that be to pushing for the death of this dog. The family obviously knows what is best for their family. It is ridiculous that neighbor's and strangers think they know what is better for them and their dog. There are other options; Marley has already been quarantined, now he go have specialized training if that even! I am sickened by this.

The decision has already been made that the dog isn't a threat or dangerous even the teen that was bitten doesn't feel threatened by the dog so putting him down is senseless and meaningless. Let the dog go home where he is wanted.
Pls save this fur baby pls....
