This is just wrong! This neighbor has overstepped her bounds, and both she and the magistrate appear to acting from spite. They are both insensitive to love of this family for their dog, not to mention all they went through to get him.

Don't euthanize Marley, his family loves and misses him. Accidents happen. Treat criminals like this, not loving animals thinking they're protecting a loved one.

There is no reason to kill this dog. Nothing that a little training couldn't cure! County Attorney needs to quit letting their ego control their actions!!

Let Marley go! If the parents thought he was dangerous, they would take steps to protect their children. Nosey neighbor needs to back off!

I think the neighbor woman has little else to do but stick her nose into places she shouldn't. She didn't know the full story on this dog and may want him dead for her own personal reasons. Let the family keep the dog, just restrict any involvement with Marly to the owner and family.

The family wants Marley back, it was an accidental incident. Be decent people and give their dog back to them.

A nip is nothing it could be Marley just wanted to play with his children. It sounds to me that the nosey neighbor is not a dog lover. Marley should be released to his family.
