What can the Coounty Attorney possibly have against an Afghan Rescue Dog, named Marley ?? He lives with the man that rescued him and his family, not some strangers. He has been with them quite awhile. Surely the mask and toy gun should be taken into account. Marley was protecting the five year old in the family; when the 15 year old removed the mask, Marley IMMEDIATELY ceased protection mode. No doubt about it, he's bound to have been somewhat confused by the mask and toy gun. It sounds like the neighbor should tend his/her own rat killing. Send Marley home to his family and stay out of things that are NOT any of YOUR BUSINESS.

This dog deserves to be freed. Marley was just doing his job which was to protect his family. He didn't recognize who the attacker was and in the excitement of the game he nipped him. He did not go into full attack mode he went into protection mode and once he realized who the masked attacker was stood down.

Killing this dog serves no purpose. It is causing nothing but pain with no benefit. This is not what our legal system should be used for. Focusing on this is a waste of resources that should be used to help and protect, not to harm and destroy. I hope the justice system gets this one right and let's this family become happy and whole again.
