Yet another case of poor training or understanding or application. Marley was not aggressing. Marley was reacting to strange stimulus by a defensive position. Animal are defensive when threatened IN ANY WAY. Somebody needs to study defensive and offensive behaviors in animals. Very very different. Canine should be immediately released.

This is ridiculous when you think of the abuse cases they could be pursuing with the resource devoted to this. This is abuse to this family and their beloved dog

This is ludicrous. Do what is right and release Marley back to his family where he belongs.

There are circumstances which one needs to use JUDGEMENT, considering the scenerio!!!! A dog who thought he was PROTECTING his family doesnt deserve DEATH ROW!!!! How many family pets have accidentally nipped?? COUNTLESS amounts! This is absolutely unwarranted, and severe misjudgement!!!!!!

The dog nipped someone while trying to protect a child. I've had my dogs nip me just from getting excited while playing. Guess what--a nip hurts only a tiny bit and not for long. If you killed every dog that ever nipped someone, there would be no dog owners left. I think the neighbor wanted the dog gone and is using this as an excuse.
