This is RIDICULOUS ! .. Marley should not even have to be going through something like this.. ! All dogs in general are protective.. you just have to be careful around them.. it doesn't mean they should be KILLED because of it.. !! Stop this insanity .. please ! .. Dogs like people--- make mistakes.. its not fair to just kill them because of it.. please don't do this to this dog or his family..

Seems to me that there's a horrible injustice going on with regard to Marley. This dog was simply being protective and nipped a 15 year old...no stitches even. No cause for a dog to be put down. Release Marley back to her family now! This is awful.

Marley was only trying to protect his pack member-- the 5 year old. He did not recognize the older brother because he was wearing a mask. A nip is not a bite -- it is a warning. This dog is no threat -- the family including the older boy that was nipped, are devastated that they might lose this very much loved dog.

Does the local authority not have the ability to distinguish situations but rather treat all the same? Please act like you serve ALL your constituents rather than just one or two.

Please make the right choice. He is a family member. Let him live and be happy with his family. Make them keep him on a leash around other people if you have to, but don't kill a beautiful life.

This disgusts me! A dog who has never shown any vicious tendencies protects his family once and this happens? Shame on that family for turning in this pup for such an incident!!!

Why the extreme overreaction? Why destroy a dog that was doing his job?
