Look at the circumstances. The dog is not always right, the human is not always right. I applaud this dog for taking care of his human when a masked person was looking like he was going to harm him.... God Bless Marley!!

Free this sweet boy! He's had such a rough start to life and has finally gotten the love of a forever family. He's done nothing wrong and take him from the family he loves is wrong! What kind of animal control takes a dog from his family for protecting his family? This is wrong and you know it as well as everyone across the country that knows Marley's story. Give him back! Prayers for the family and for Marley.

This is crazy. You can't kill a dog for protecting his family members! Let Marley go home where he belongs!

Please let Marley go and be with his family. He went all the way from Afghanistan to have a good home. He only saw threat when it comes into playing mode among kids.

Free Marley! This is none of the authorities business to begin with. This was a family and should have stayed as such.

Apathetic souls should not be allowed to abuse the thrones of justice. The attorney has no moral right to plead a dog guilty for such minor incidents and claim death of a creature.

Why put a dog down? We wouldn't do that to a person. Dogs are family. It is not right!!!

Please free Marley. I think this was his first "offense". Please give him a chance.

If the "attack" by the 15 year old boy was genuine, this dog would be getting an award for protecting the younger child. The dog was not to know it was just a game. he is clearly loyal and protective and one day might just save the kid's life for real.
