This is completely ridiculous! No parent would protect a vicious dog over their own child, so obviously this dog is NOT a threat to their family members or anyone else! Common sense, please, and let this family, human and canine alike, remain together!

It is ludicrous that the County Attorney has taken a small family incident this far. The family is not upset about the incident, in fact glad that Marley loves the children so much. What is criminal is this action against a war rescue dog by dogmatic politician's. Free Marley now.

Please let Marley go home to his family. He has life has been bad enough, he needs to go back where he is loved. I'm sure the fifteen yr old has learned his lesson in this.

Es un heroe, no pueden cometer un error mas asesinan a inocentes solo por prejuicios absurdos si lo hacen ya no merecen el respeto de nadie y las personas comenzaran a nanifestarse. Sus leyes no tienen credibilidad, liberenlo es mas el merece una medalla.

Please leave Marley with the family. The fifteen year old was responsible for his own fate. Hopefully he has learned that any dog will protect a family member when they feel they are being attacked. The neighbor is over dramatizing this incident. If the boy was trimming hedges he would be scratched. This entire thing is blown out of proportion I am sure the young man will think ahead before putting the dog in that position again and will stop the rough housing. The dog is an animal and reacted responsibly. Let Marley live and train people how to act around animals!
