This is a serious over reach! The dog did what any dog would do in this situation. This is a good dog who loves his family and is no danger to anyone. I would say no horse play around any dog. If this is the dogs first offense and up to date on vaccines then animal control is not using very good judgment. Give the dog back to the family now and stop this hysterical over reaction!

Very long stressful day going though the hearing, then going to see Marley. We just hope the Judge will rule in our favor next week and we can bring him home soon for a new chapter. #FREEMARLEY

If the owners are willing to vouch for the dog and accept liability then they should be able to keep Marley. Marley is a member of the family, not just a dog.
