This seems like a complete misunderstanding and the pup was trying to protect the family. Give this pup back to his family, where he belongs.

Another insane act of violence against our dogs!!!! We have to turn this sort of thing around or none of our dogs are safe.

Once again, another unacceptable reason to want a dog put down. Especially since it appears the dog nipped its owners, and they did not report it as a problem, as the dog was reacting and in protection mode. Free Marley & change these antiquated FL laws.

Victim didnt make a report, and not complaints, and marley he try to do his job working dogs never stop, it was just a poor judgment from the kids, marley should be free and believe me kids already learn that lesson. If you can moved out away from that neighbor she will be breathing in your neck forever.

This was family business. Surely animal control have better things to do than harass people. By the way, nosy neighbour - it wasn't your business! mind your own. The parents can take care of it!

No animal should have punishment from the damage humans have done.

Stop this horrible situation and free this sweet baby. The neighbor that called it in is obviously stupid and should mind his own business. Free this innocent baby

It is time to allow voices to be heard. These are animals that can not just speak up for themselves so others have to. Animals do have rights and here in Florida we have proven it to be true that the laws are not always so black and white. Look at the FREE PADI CASE,

This was obviously a non aggressive situation. I hope common sense will prevail and your beloved pet will be returned. Can you use the same defense as Padi if you are in FL?
