I think he was acting on saving his life, and if not protected himself, there would have been great bodily injury, and no one would have helped, it was him or them,

It's an open and shut case. If Kyle can't exercise his rights to stand up to terrorists running amoc in his own country then ANTIFA and BLM certainly have no right to protest.
