As a citizen of the United States attending schools from kindergarten through 12th grade, I have learned many things about the history of our country, how it was founded in the exact amendments, and statutes that was stated in the constitution to form a more better union. This young man was defending himself under his God-given, natural born right of the second amendment of the United States Constitution! He shall be released due to the protection of the constitution that was written and signed.
