rioters and looters and arsonists have no reasonable expectations of protection under the law. they are attempting murder, mayhem, property destruction, at the least. kyle had the right to be there as much as they did and to defend himself.

It was 100% self defense against violent criminals with violent criminal records, one of which attempted to shoot him with a weapon he illegally possessed due to feeling.
