When others are trying to shoot you, assault you and cause you bodily harm you have the right to protect yourself. Kyle was protecting himself AND OTHERS from this violence. Let him go.

He was there to help as a EMT and he was helping whoever needed it we saw the video of the mob trying to chase him down hitting him and trying to kill him.. he does not deserve punishment for protecting his life.. I stand with him in this time

I have been in law enforcement for 13 years. I followed the video clips very carefully and I studied what happened the day before the incident... that domestic terror cell operated very carefully and gathered Intel on anyone that would get in their way of attacking the town via arson criminal mischief etc and they targeted Kyle... Thank God Kyle had that AR-15... Eugene Stoner designed that firearm for exactly the purpose Kyle was forced to use it for in order to defend his life he needed a light rifle maximum capacity snugly fitted with the strap... Kyle was under attack initially by numerous aggressors....and he tried to retreat upon being attacked by numerous individuals one which fired a pistol at him one which threw a maltfov cocktail at him when Kyle couldn't retreat much further and fell to the ground he was stomped on and lethally struck with a solid skateboard that could have killed him and then did he choose to fire himself defense as well in order to save his life while he's trying to stop the attacks by a clear domestic terror cell operation.. Kyle is a prisoner of war a theater of the second Civil
War and should have the support of local law enforcement while an investigation is ongoing and I also call for the arrest of the perpetrator that attacked Kyle that is alive right now and to stop the frivolous lawsuits against Kyle from those that are attacking him Kyle also needs protection.
