it appears we as a nation have a hard time figuring out who is a dangerous criminal and who is not. kyle should not be in jail for his actions.

Kyle did absolutely nothing wrong. The rioters are lawbreakers, not Kyle. The 2nd amendment does not say "the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed UNLESS you are a certain age, being attacked by violent felons, or are not of a certain political party or group, in a particular place, using a particular weapon, or when a certain political party deems it illegal and wrong." But that is the premise. Kyle showed extreme restraint, professional level control of his firearm, and discretion. No one could have done more in such a situation. If there is any blame to be pleased, it is on the violent felons who CHOSE to attack him. It is our duty as patriots to defend liberty where we can, uphold the constitution, and protect and defend our fellow citizen and their rights. Especially if the officials are not doing so. I am proud to call Kyle a fellow patriot

Those he murdered were all "set free" felons with a long list of repeated offenses and one of the two criminals shot raped 5 boys between the ages of 9-12 yrs!
So they ALL should of been. In prison and not running free in a destructive, violent riot destroying Kenosha Wis.
