As an army NG veteran and mass homeowner, this is an injustice to what Americans fight for. To lock up an outstanding citizen and military veteran because he was driving with LEGALLY owns firearms is just a criminal abuse of the law. Do what is right, free him!

How could he even register his weapons there when you don't have an address there...and even if he was moving there they give people 30 to 60 to 90 days the even get a new driver's license let alone everything else....it is so wrong
