Kim Davis should not be allowed to continue to collect 80k from a job she REFUSES to do! If she can't carry out her duties, bc of her convictions, the CHRISTIAN thing to do is step down.

Impeach Kim Davis. She is blatantly not doing her job, and proud of it. Kentucky citizens deserve better.

This lady needs to be removed from office since she can't comply with the laws handed down to her. I find she is a disgrace to her position.

I wrote this out of frustration on
September 8, 2015:
Dear Kim Davis,
I have never met you, nor do I wish too. I have watched you cry “religious liberty” to excuse your bigoted behavior for as long as I can bear it.
You are claiming that your religious liberty has been violated by the United States government. However it is you, Mrs. Davis, who has violated the religious liberty of our United States government.
The First Amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof …” While it insures people religious freedom, to practice their religion of choice freely and openly without government involvement, it also insures the government protection of attempts by religious institutions to gain political power.
Because we live in a country that has a myriad of different religions, our government cannot favor one religion over the other, for it is unfair and does not equally accommodate all of the religions that exist here. The only way to avoid doing this, is to separate church from state. We cannot base our laws on religious laws, but civil laws. Religion cannot play a part in deciding who has secular legal rights. This separation is key to avoid the government from overtaking the church, and the church from overtaking the government.
Our government must act as a neutral body. As a result, government officials must remain religiously neutral, so that they can provide American citizens equal service and treatment. In order to uphold the Constitution, and take part in government, officials must also separate church from state within themselves.
Mrs. Davis, you have every right to believe that same-sex couples should not be allowed to marry. You have every right to believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. You are entitled to your opinion, and your faith. If it is in your faith to oppose same-sex marriage, you are not obligated to have a same-sex marriage. If

This woman doesn't have the right to tell others their love is "wrong" considering her sordid marriage history. "Judge not lest ye be judged", Matthew 7:1. I'm not even religious and I know this. She should read ALL of her Bible instead of just the parts she agrees with.
