Kim Davis should not hold this ofifice. She simply does not like homosexuals and is using Religion as an excuse. She is hiding behind her beliefs instead of saying what she really feels. It's despicable and she should not hold a government job.

As a paramedic if I were to refuse to help a woman who was having a medical emergency due to a botched abortion and I refused to treat her based on my anti-abortion beliefs I would not only be fired, but I would lose my license and could be held criminally liable. If you have objections religious or otherwise go find another job to make yourself happy. You don't make the rest of the world suffer for your objections. You don't like guns, don't work at a gun range or join the military. Don't believe in God, don't be a church secretary. Easy as that. Tell her to resign or remove her for failing to do her job!

As a mother, I teach my child to be a respectable, law abiding citizen and Kim Davis is teaching our youth that the law does not pertain to her and they can pick and choose which laws they will abide. How can we as parents teach our children right from wrong when you have a loose cannon such as Kim Davis, refusing to do her job as the law states? I cannot go to work as a caregiver and refuse to perform my job to the best of my ability due to my beliefs.. I will be fired as she should be!

If she will not uphold the law, she should be removed from her job, to free the place for someone who WILL uphold the law. Stop paying her $80K/year to NOT do her job!

Kim Davis? Your duty is to follow the constitution. Your religious beliefs have nothing to do with you following your civil duties. You don't deserve the position you hold. Time for you to find a different career path and spread your hate somewhere else. We are in 2015-16. Time for those views to change. Open your heart, your not perfect and you have no right to deny human beings the right to marry and to love when they are legally able to do so. You are not God. And neither is your professional position.

She is a local public offical. She has no rights to enforce god law when she is at work enforcing the law of man. Every document ever written states god come second in the law of our country.

she is getting paid abt 80k a yr, to do nothing, she is not doing her job she signed the oath of office for, she is violating her oath of office which is an impeachable crime. she needs to be removed from office. she got her job thru nepotism, her mom held the job previously and she worked as a clerk for her mom. religious views have no role in this.

Kim needs to be held accountable for her actions. She was voted in to serve the public and she chose who she felt was entitled a marriage license. Clearly she's making a mockery and spectacle out of the judicial system.
