Contrary to International laws, Israel denies Khaled, freedom from prison because he is from occupied Jerusalem and it considers him a criminal instead of a prisoner of war. Many chances of prisoners exchange and deals missed Khaled because of Israeli policies and prejudice towards Jerusalem residents and Palestinians living inside Israel.
