Free Justin.... please give him another chance. Search out these places and people commenting these crimes and hurting others. Make them pull the time for endangering and extorting money.

I agree completely. The system needs a complete overhaul. Minors should not be in adult prisons. Couple year sentences should not be in with lifers. Prisons should not be for profit. Perhaps incentives given for lower recidivism rates per facility. Prison directors should not be facilitating contracts. External officials should have right to empromptu inspections/audits including unannounced physical exams of inmates. Grievances ahould go directly to an outside entity. Interstate compacts should not exist. If the inmate has somewhere he chooses to go upon release, probation should just be transferred. One state shouldnt have supervision while another state holds jurosdiction. Staff need better pay/benefits that would help cut down on high turn over rates, in turn causing larger numbers of recidivism. That's just some food for thought, I actually am just thinking of these as I'm typing.
The problem is, until changes are made in the system itself, these issues are going to continue as well as get worse!

I work as a clinical social worker in a hugh California prison and this story is tragic, but not unusual. I know men who suffer these circumstances with nothing more than a parking ticket for the initial offense. Incarceration is big business with kickbacks and payoffs every step of the way. The prison industrial complex is the new plantation system, only white folk are also vulnerable this time. Read the book. I wish I could find the answer.

Do not extradite Justin! Allow him at least sto stay out of MS if he has to do time. His life has been ruined at the hands of the justice system as a child who was tortured BY THOSE WHO WERE TO PROTECT HIM.
