We also are petitiong for the unconditional and complete pardon by the state of Virginia on the grounds that VA DOC worker falsified information to Mississippi so that Mississippi would have reasons to extradite Justin. We also attest to the fact that VA DOC treated Justin in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

From what I read and understand this individual was jot treated right by the system He should have been treated for his medical and mental problems. Instead he was abused by the system which made his mental illness problems worse.

This young man does not need to be locked up,he needs proper care for his problems,locking him up is not good for anyone,set him free so he can get the proper help he needs and can be s productive member of society !!

I started to read but I couldn't finish. It's true how they treat people whose mentally challenged. I'm dealing with my own son being incarcerated, one for something he didn't do, another having the worst paid attorney and I haven't been able to find any help for him after 10 years being incarcerated. Someone to help is so hard to find without having money. I pray your son and you will be joined back together outside of prison and live healthy wealthy and wise. Blessings

Justin should be released and fully pardoned, given compensation and treatment for his bi polar and PTSD that he now suffers from due to the horrific treatment he received while in juvenile detention and incarceration. Have a heart people and give this boy a chance to live a normal life with support for the crimes committed against him.
