In order to make this move faster, Jacob Joseph Lavoro will have to meet the State of Texas in the middle of this, & in exchange for his release upon the execution of this petition: We hereby agree to move Jacob completely out of the State of Texas, & make him work off 1000 hours of community service in the next State he will reside in. He must report, & also the only other States he can even be allowed to go live in, must have legal marijuana laws; the new place & State he will be at, will have to charge him $50 a month, like probation fees to keep him somewhat under police surveillance for a year. That way the authorities can prosecute him if he does something illegal there. He can come back to Texas, & face the same-1000 hours of community service, & to pay the authorities $50 for a light surveillance by police to keep him somewhat monitored for a year so he will be caught again if he does anything illegal & they catch him; only if the State of Texas ever makes a, or any kind of law legalizing marijuana for medical use or any other reason, then will automatically change his situation to what is said above.

We will give this one, 'No Statute of Limitation' upon that everyone agrees this sounds good enough.
