This story of these boys now men has broken my heart and has my total attention this was injustice in it's TRUE form all involved in sending these boys to prison should be ashamed of there selves I want to see Jeremy Wofford free he was just 17 and it was a accident made to look like cold blooded murder and the lies told on these boys took most of there lifes away most crooked county in Arkansas took away two boys lifes for their gain time to free Jeremy W offord please

Will you delete the lie that did this and let people read the true story of what happened and tell me if anyone deserves what my brother and me already went thru with the loss of a loved one and charged in the wrong manor. It is for all his family and loved ones on bringing Jeremy wofford home at last thank you God bless you all....

He was sentenced to twenty years in prison and fined $2,500 on the murder conviction and one year on the weapon conviction, with the sentences to run consecutively. Tammy Higgins, the victim's girlfriend, testified that appellant and his brother, Jeremy, had been by the cabin she and the victim had rented from the brothers several times on the day of the shooting. She said that the brothers hugged Dupuy, told him they loved him, and then left. Higgins stated that the brothers returned within five minutes and that Jeremy had a shotgun and appellant had a club. She ran back inside the cabin where Dupuy was on the telephone and warned him that the brothers were back and were armed. Known this boy his whole younger life played many many nites of video games wit this man. Never had a aggressive bone in his body. Its sad he has to give up so much of his life.

I do not know Jeremy personally. But I do know some of his family. By reading the situation, he deserves to be released. The conviction was incorrect and falsified. It pains me to see that the people we are supposed to trust for protection, end up being the ones that hurt us the most.

Jeremy is one of my little brothers his daddy is/was danny ray wofford a damn good man that died when Jeremy was 4 my point is Jeremy is a good man with a good heart just like his daddy anyone who knew danny wofford knows exactly the kind of man he was/is please help to free my baby brother it truly was a accident we want an need him home please sign the petition to help my brother to come where he belongs

There's so much tragedy and insensitivity in this entire sphere we've named Earth, that I am truly surprised that it hasn't left for a new destination! I used to be a patriot and back my country no matter what. I sadly cannot do this anymore. The humans that are in "power" ( I didn't want them there) are purposely destroying our freedom, rights, and spitting on our ancestors. Where & when did the "common-sense" truth or dishonor morals fly away? Shame on the Just(kidding)ice Department and all their minions! Let this young man free! He has a calling, as all Gods children do! 15 yrs is a long time to be spotless! Can any say that they could do the same locked up and treated like a number... Nothing more? How heartless!
