As you may Know My son Jay Beane is currently serving 25 years in a Federal Correctional Institution on related Drugs convictions. Because they Labeled him 'A Career Criminal ' is not eligible for no sentence reduction under the current or past drug act laws. I am on a campaign to help him either get release or reduction in sentence.

If I can obtain 25,000 or more signatures.. The court might recognize this effort and reopen his case and grant him a reduction in sentence and/or remove that Title of" Career Criminal . Maybe we can get his sentencing over turned in the Supreme Court. If the Label of 'Career Criminal' is removed, Jay would be eligible for a sentence reduction /relief/and/ or release.
This will give my son a opportunity to become a productive and good father to his 3 kids..Jay has a good heart and is a good son and loving human being. Jay has grown and realized his mistakes....We all make mistakes . Jay deserves a second chance. Jay wants to be help raise his three kids.
My Health is not at its best. May be they will featured this petitions on the news, if I can get 25,000 or more signatures. Jay sentencing was unfair and they booked him for nothing.....Help me, make our voices heard and count... . Thank You.... And....
God Bless You All!!!
