JACOB CHANSLEY admitted he was wrong for entering Congressional halls on January 6, 2021. However, Mr. Chansley did NOT have any weapons on him nor did he incite any violence. YET, Washington, DC jail and Judge Royce Lamberth is violating Mr. Chansley's rights by continuing to hold him without bail or preliminary hearing. Further, Mr. Chansley has lost 20 pounds in jail as he has not eaten since he was incarcerated. Mr. Chansley has recently been sent to a federal prison in Virginia but still no hope for preliminary hearing or bail. This is unconstitutional! Demand that Mr. Chansley be released on bail and sign the petition demanding his freedom. Political HATRED by Judge Royce Lamberth and Washington, DC has no place in determining a person's right to bail or hearing.

Put Pelosi and the Demonrats in a jail instead, they are the true perpetrators. This man is clearly innocent....which most of us knew all along.
