His Excellency, Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, United Nations Secretary General His Excellency, Mr. Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran His Excellency, Mr. Mamnoon Hussain, President of Pakistan His Excellency, Mr. Peter Maurer President, International Committee of the Red Cross Five Iranian soldiers are recently abducted by the armed group "Jaish al- Adl" in the Southeastern border of Iran. Iranians, along with the families of these soldiers are deeply concerned about their lives. This is not the first terrorist act of this extremist armed group and they have a history of violence in the region. These young men, who are completing their mandatory military service, are victims of a violent conflict in which they have no role in and their abduction is against all international rules. We, the undersigned, urge you all to use any possible measure to ensure their safety and release. Sincerely,
