Absolutely hate seeing animals in conditions like this! I work in a grooming shop and my heart breaks everyday for some of the animals in the poor conditions they're in.

Poor things. I'm okay with leaving dogs outside but only when the weather permits. All animals should be inside when it stifling hot and when it's too cold. If your behind wouldn't sit outside in the conditions and elements that your animals deal with, then that is a clear sign that the poor dogs should be inside too.
