Free him and one of my family members is going through the same ordeal as he, and our laws need to be changed reasoning you have people that are murdering the elderly and babies that is receiving hardly no time.I feel that 20 years is enough.

Mr. Jordan has been a postv. Influence on my children. N family as they have grown there the years. By his Grace n Mercy supporting us MENTALLY threw Death and LIFE. Explaining along the way. About how important it is to be PRODUCTIVE in LIFE. He has served well over 20yrs+ incarcerated. For punishment. And of still preserved LIFE!!!!!! TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEIN. I have seen people that have taken people LIFE HAVE SERVE LESS. He has paid his debt. To Society. Give him a CHANCE to be productive as well wit MOTHER CHILDREN FAMILY N FRIENDS. SINCERLY..... JAMILLE PETERSON.

No one should be taken away from their loved ones and forced to live in unhealthy situations no matter what their crime was. I pray that Burk is released because as long as I have known him (b4 incarceration) he has always been kind to me and more than generous and caring to his friends and family- my own father still vouches for his character after all these years. He deserves a chance to live free- his sentence was outrageous and I feel it has been more than fulfilled. FREE BURK JORDAN!!!
If we are a law-embracing society and respect the foundational Constitution, reducing a sentence that goes beyond the disproportionate punishment of the Eighth Amendment. The Ohio governor just recognized as much when communting the sentence of Alexis Martin in her murder case. It is not unfathomable for the same to be done here in the interest of justice and a relief that is well within the sentencing court's power to do.

Been knowing him and his whole family for 40 plus years would like to see my friend come home to his mother and children plus sisters his father was like my father taught me alot the time i spent with him he is no longer living and he wouldn't stop trying to free his sons if he were still alive so please take everything into consideration and allow him to return to the out doors and earn his remaining life in the regular world not in prison its hard out here but he has the skills to stay out of trouble and be a free man thank you for your time and patients
