Jr Salas needs to be released! The fact that this young man has sat in prison for over 20 years for a crime he clearly did not commit is ridiculous. After watching the documentary about him I don’t understand how a jury found him guilty especially when eye witnesses all had a different description of the person who committed the crime. And then the one witness who said jr told him that he committed the crime recants his testimony and passed the polygraph test! It makes me sick to think about how many people are incarcerated for crimes they did not commit as long as innocent people are in prison for something they didn’t do then the real suspect is getting away with it and that is not justice for the victim or their families and it’s not justice to the innocent person sitting in prison. The justice system is broke I have almost lost all faith in the justice system. The lead detective accused of having someone lie and say it was this child that committed the crime just makes me so angry!

I know that our judicial system is definitely flaud. We personally as a family suffered the same injustices with my brother which took years of his life also. Good luck and will keep you in my prayers.
