Clear PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT SUBORNING PURJURY to say the LEAST. 14 yr old BOY sent to ADULT COURT with SO MUCH CONTRADICTORY EVIDENCE. including WITNESS STATEMENTS which clearly contradicted one another. TRULY a VERY VERY AGREGIOUS CASE!!!

In the recent information and discovery of evidence that was discovered over 2 years ago its evident this requires another look actually doing the work reviewing the evidence and being open minded to what may have been missed. It's sad when you're poor in a under served community you have no voice and no one cares. If you look at the facts of the case, it is clear that man is innocent. Corruption in our law enforcement is the only reason he was ever convicted and the only reason he still isn't released.
