I watched a special 2 part documentary covering this man’s case. From my perspective not giving Mr. Salas a new, fair trial is criminal in of itself. The new evidence is overwhelming and disallowing justice for this man and the victim’s family would be further evidence that our legal system is corrupted beyond repair, at least by any conventional methods, anyway. And that conclusion will inevitably draw a revolutionary overturning of our government itself.

I can’t believe our justice system has turned a blind eye to what is clearly a wrongful conviction, based on flimsy half truths , and un reliable sources , terrible preservation of the evidence , as well as dishonest police Work! Come on WA we owe our state much more than this !

Trajectory of bullet came from point 2 feet higher than junior could have shot from
No reason for detective to take photo of junior yet without the photo there would have been no trial.

This is heartbreaking. No exuses. Set this man free. He should also receive monetary compensation for his wrongful conviction and the detective in charge of his case should be prosecuted.
