I have never been more angered at a miscarriage of justice in my life. He needs to be freed!

Please release Evaristo. Look at the REAL evidence and act on it NOW

I think the cop who set him up should have to pay for ruining the lives he has destroyed, it’s obvious Salas is innocent and still the courts will fight tooth and nail to keep him locked up , the court system is full of evil horrible people and hide under the banner of doing justice, why do people get away with this , because the correctional system makes money , it’s all about money and giving prosecutors and cops jobs , they are the evil ones

This is sad !

I believe that this man is innocent it has been discovered the officer informant partner of the victim have all lied. The real killer has a connection to the victim the partner also shouted the name of the killer there are witnesses to second that. Why is this man still in jail? Why have the people who led and lied for the conviction not been prosecuted not been brought to justice? Perfect motive if the victim indeed was cheating on his partner as stated and she has lied inconclusive polygraph test taken the car 4 days after had it cleaned please someone tell me how there not making a connection and she is not protecting herself and the killer? Something needs to be done now about this

I just watched your documentary on STARZ am so sorry my heart breaks for u badly your in prayers. I've studied criminal justice it's a vet interesting & disappointing justice system. I don't understand why u still sit in prison WHY???

This young man has shown incredible courage. Incredible how his circumstance was decided by so little so quickly and its been years since the truth came out an and still he remains incarcerated. Enough is enough.

I can't believe he hasn't been released yet!!!! This guy is innocent and EVERYONE knows it!!! Our judicial system is sooo screwed up! The innocent get locked up and the guilty walk free. It's sad... I feel so bad for him and his family. Hes been locked up for 24 almost 25 years now. Went in at 16, and with the new law that passed a few years ago, he should've been released already bc of him being a minor when sentenced. What is going on?? Let that man out!!

I watched this story in Australia and cannot believe this man is still in prison. Please give Junior a new trial and free him for the wrongdoing that was done to him.

I cannot believe that this is America where some backwater detective was allowed to do this to a 15 year old kid...And if you listen to any republican politician there is No Systemic Racism in America...Look at this case and tell this young man that as a Mexican American!!! It turns your stomach and the real sad thing is that it will take him years to get out of prison when it probably took less than 72 total hours to ruin his LIFE!!! The system never wants to pay when that system is exposed as being a failure to the person wrongfully convicted and society who depends on law enforcement that fails it by not putting the right person in prison.
