I believe that evaristo is innocent. this case should definitely have more attention to it there’s not enough evidence it was him. yet it was okay for ofelia to take the truck with no permission and she gets no charges pressed on but with her word saying she “knows” it was evaristo that did it is not fair , free the man.

Let this man go! Obviously there also may be other innocent people of COLOR in jail because of this BLATANT racist detective and paid Informant.
