This is such a miscarriage of justice it's a joke. The victims own brother is suspicious of the victims girlfriend as she completely avoided the family after the trial. Her actions in checking the vehicle out of evidence speaks for itself, yet this was kept from the jury?? If anyone should be behind bars it's her.

Not only did Ophelia destroy evidence which is extremely suspicious she didn't give a reason why Jose remained in the car. José was only shot once she was out and free from the car. She even gave a different description than everyone else. I can't believe that the police didn't consider that she could have been involved with this crime and check her phone records etc to see if she was seeing someone else. The police didn't even charge her for destroying evidence! it looks like she was trying to cover up for someone, why else would she do that? You would want the police to have as much evidence as possible. I feel so bad for Jose's family if the wrong person is in jail it's not justice for them and they deserve justice too. Ophelia even stayed away from Jose's family which seems like a guilty conscience, When reasonable doubt contacted her she didn't want to talk to them, if you think the person who was guilty might get a new trial or have the case reopened you would want to make sure that the person who killed your baby's father stayed in prison.

I watched stars show on him and read up on Ophelia. She was a suspect had the truck released from a towing place that was supposed to be secured for evidence and only identifed E. Salas Jr after being "hypnotized" which is illegal to testify to memories when hypnotized memories can be alter to be false. Not to mention the lead detective getting his informant to lie and say he heard him confess. A bunch of lies and this boy lost his life and 3 years after starz release he is still fighting for his freedom. Sad ppl free this man and give him his life back. Get your first suspect bc it was right.

Free Evaristo! Jim Rivard is lying and the judge only wants to protect the cop. And yes. He was in a gang. But, DON’T fall for it; Junior didn’t do a single thing in this case! Right now he goes to bible study and only wants to be with his family. Give this man a chance at Life!!!

I watched the wrong man and I believe the informant was telling the truth that they made him lie and I think that girl know that Ricardo dude killed her husband
