I strongly believe he is innocent, he was set up. He did not kill anyone, the girlfriend of that guy had everything to do with the murder

I’ve known Evaristo family for years I’m from sunnyside Wa and he’s Innocent brakes my heart to hear that Rivard our Dare Program Officer was there to help us to protect us not to do what he did to Evaristo to JR it’s he set him up to cover the real serial killer Ricardo set him free he deserves to be free and be with his loved ones

We were next door neighbors to Jr and his family. My Grandfather (Carlos Ramos) would always converse with Ruben (Jr’s father) and many of Jr’s family members. Ruben and his entire family have our prayers and I know my Grandparents will be celebrating in Heaven when Jr is released.
