Please grant Evaristo a fair trial. He should have never been convicted without actual evidence. This cop was dirty and wanted to make a name for himself. I also hope the witness that recanted his story is protected.

Here in Australia we are always disgusted and shocked to see how many people are wrongfully convicted in the USA on limited to no evidence. Justice seems to be something the judicial system has forgotten is there main focus. Sucj a Waste of human lives of the wrongfully convicted. Also no justice for the victims and their family by putting the wrong people behind bars.

I pray that you are granted a new trial and are found innocent. As you said both families have had been wronged so hopefully this will get the police to find the person who really committed the shooting
