نطالب بالإفراج الفوري عن الفتاة المصرية اسراء الطويل (طالبة جامعية) والتي أختطفت منذ 1/6/2015 وظهرت بعد 15 يوم من الإختفاء القسري في سجن القناطر لتبدأ رحلة من تجديدات الحبس لمدة زادت الآن عن 5 شهور. اسراء - والتي تعاني من إصابة رصاصة حية في عمودها الفقري منذ يناير 2015 وتستخدم العكاز في حركتها - لا يوجد حتى الآن أي دليل على الإتهامات الي أسندتها لها النيابة ولا أوراق للقضية يستطيع المحامون الإطلاع عليها.
مع إنتفاء مبررات الحبس الإحتياطي ومع تدهور حالة اسراء الصحية، أصبح الإفراج عن اسراء الطويل مطلب لا يجب أن يغيب عن أولوياتنا.

We demand the immediate release of the Egyptian girl Esraa ElTaweel (a university student) who was abducted since 1/6/2015 and appeared after 2 weeks of forced disappearance at Al-Qanater Prison for Ladies. Esraa has been held in custody on remand for more than 5 months now with no single evidence on the accusations that have been directed to her by the prosecution, nor a case that can be viewed by her lawyers. Worthy to be mentioned that Esraa uses a walking cane ever since she was hit by a bullet in her vertebral column in January 2015.
With the absence of justifications for such an ongoing preventive detention, in addition to the deterioration of her health conditions; Esraa ElTaweel's immediate release has become a priority.

ندعو رجال القضاء المحترمين سرعة الإفراج عن إسراء الطويل رأفة بحالتها الصحية و رحمة بها ... نحن نراها طفلة بريئة ولا علاقة لها بالسياسة من قريب أو بعيد وليس لها أية انتماءات ولا أعتقد أن هناك دليللا واحدا على ما يوجه إليها من اتهامات باطلة بإذن الله. أفرجوا عنها وأظهروا الحق ... وفقكم الله لما فيه خير مصرنا الحبيبة

الإفراج عن إسراء الطوسل بجانب إنه حقها قانونا هو كمان حق لكل مصري في إنه يحس بالأمان حتييييييي لو كان متهم و إعادة إحياء لقاعدة قانونية راسخة تم وأدها في مصر بعد ٦/٣٠ وهي إن "المتهم برئ حتي تثبت إدانته"
يجب الإفراج عنها حيث أنه ليس لها تهمه محدده وقد طال وقت الحبس الاحتياطي و أن لم يكن هذا أو ذاك فيجب النظر لها بعين الرحمة فالتاريخ الصحيه لا تسمح لها بكل هذه الضغوط ناهيك عن الحالة النفسية الصعبه التي تأثير إيجابي على صحتها في هذه الحالات و كفانا ظلما للناس
افرجوا عن اسراء الطويل فهي ليست مدانة بأى تهمة ولا توجد من الاساس قضية والجميع يعلم انها بريئة اليوم تحاسبونها على مالم تفعل وغدا تحاسبون امام من يعلم افرجوا عنها كي اكمل علاجها وتعود لحياتها

Release her now and all the other kidnapped youth that have been detained for no proven reason. Stop wasting time harassing good people. Start focusing on real problems like poverty, and flooding infastructure.
