It’s a disgrace to convict Derek of murder when drugs are another variable in this equation. To definitively say he murdered him is invalid and the citizens failed in their duties as jurors.

I believe that the Derek Chauvin trial resulted in a miscarriage of justice as it was a trial by media that was influenced by mob rule and the fear that this instilled in the jurors.
Derek Chauvin did not receive a fair trial, as the mainstream media had been promoting its biased narrative by repeatedly showing only amateur video recorded at the scene of the alleged offence instead of the whole sequence of events leading up to it. This effectively resulted in a mass presumption of guilt before the full facts of the case were known. There is no way the resulting trial can be perceived as a fair one.
I therefore would like Derek Chauvin freed forthwith and compensated for the unlawful arrest and violation of his human rights.

Evidence tend to show that Goerge Floyd died of a heart attack. Chauvin did not kill him. He must be free

Chauvin went overboard, agreed, but not because of race. George Floyd didn't deserve death, but murder was not Derek Chauvin's intention.

The trial was unfair. Thugs were threatening to burn Minneapolis (and many other cities) down if he was not found guilty on all charges. They surrounded the court house. Congresswoman Maxine Waters called on them to get "more confrontational" if Mr. Chauvin was not found guilty. The jury was not sequestered so they were exposed to the biased media narratives, including the one that states Mr. Chauvin was racist for which there is absolutely no evidence; even the prosecution did not present evidence of that. A defense witness' former house was also vandalized with animal blood splashed all over it and a decapitated pig's head left in front.
The convictions don't make sense either.
Unintentional second-degree murder is when a person commits a felony (they alleged Mr. Chauvin committed third-degree assault) resulting in the death of a person. Third-degree assault is defined as the intentional infliction of substantial bodily harm. Mr. Chauvin did not want to harm Mr. Floyd. He was just trying to hold him down while arresting him.
The third-degree murder charge alleged Mr. Chauvin caused Mr. Floyd's death by "perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life." Historically in Minnesota the charge has been used for a dangerous act that puts many people at risk, such as shooting into a crowd, hence the plural "others". Even if this charge could be for an act directed at a single person, Mr. Chauvin did not demonstrate a "depraved mind".
The second-degree manslaughter charge alleged Chauvin caused Floyd's death by "culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm." Mr. Chauvin did not consciously take a chance.
Furthermore, Mr. Floyd may have died from the drugs he took. In a previous arrest in 2019 he also took drugs and was taken to the hospital because he had extremely high blood pressure. Mr. Floyd dying fro
