I have reviewed this case on multiple occasions. This is a travesty of justice and I characterize it as a political prosecution. I strongly support he be released by pardon (most strongly suggested) or at a minimum a commutation.
These political prosecutions need to end. We are facing a crucial time in our country and we are at risk of losing our integrity of our criminal justice system.
This is a case to correct and move forward in the right direction

I don’t believe the evidence was there to convict Mr Chauvin on the charges and I also believe that his conviction was politically motivated. When a person can’t breathe he can’t yell. It was sad situation but the drugs he swallowed had more to do with his death than Mr Chauvin. Sad that they ruined a guys life over politics.
