George was a career criminal. And he had enough fentanyl in his system to kill 4 horse teams.
I could go on in detail about the reasons Derek should be pardoned. Or at least not be left in general population.
It may burn down certain cities to the tune of another $2B dollars in damages. But Derek was a scapegoat - and deserves to be pardoned.
