SPM(Carlos coy) was sent to prison for 45 years of sexual assualt to a child and did not have a fair trial. He was convicted with no evidence and fined 10,000 u.s dollars. Between 1991 and 1997 the average sentence length was 18.6 years. The average sentence of convicted rapists released from state prisons has remained stable at 10 years, but Carlos coy was sentenced 45 years. In 2004 a review was conducted of over 800 cases by a nurse at the Houston child assesment center including 170 cases that have led to convictions or in which charges are pending. District attorney Chuck Rosenthal exressed concern that some people may have been wrongfully convicted based on taft's work. Not only did they not interview the child but the judge didn't even talk to Spm's laywer during the case. Please help us free him he deserves freedom!!!
