Judge Navarro should be disbarred for misconduct, incompetency according to U.S. code title 28 part 1 chapter 7, 176..... also the Constation states in article III that a judge shall hold their office during GOOD behavior. This judge has demonstrated that she can not follow the law, therefore she is behaving badly and should be removed.
