Should possible organ donor match blood collections have to be paid for when all necessary supplies are brought to a lab, their collection services are not being utilized, and the possible donor match is not getting paid? If you said 'no' then sign my petition. Someone who wishes to be an organ donor should not occur any expense from the lab for ONLY blood withdrawal.
