Assange is not perfect - But he saw a wrong and had information to expose the situation. I sign this petition asking you to pardon Julian Assange. I believe his incarceration at the Embassy was and is politically motivated by HRC and although I am a President Trump supporter - Assange helped America to decide correctly - by being a true journalist. We need this more than ever in our Republic and for future dealings as we rebuild our strength on the truth, not political leverage or fake news. Thank you.

I have been a staunch supporter of your presidency since the primaries. As one of your most loyal supporters I ask you to please pardon Mr. Assange. This man is a true hero. When it seemed like the radical Left would pull every dirty trick to keep you from rightfully winning the presidency, Julian Assange was a beacon of light revealing the horrible truth about those running our republic. He is an investigative journalist, dealing in truth, not lies. He did not leak or hack the information, he only published it, which is NOT a crime. So on what grounds should he be arrested? Please understand that anyone who tells you to go against Assange is trying to turn you against those who have supported your presidency. Please pardon Mr. Assange and allow him to return home to his family.

Mr. Julian Assange is the only checks and balance we the people have had to look inside our corrupt Intel Agencies, and how these agencies have also been providing cover for corrupt Politicians, elite individuals and themselves. Wikileaks and Julian Assange receive information the exact way "real" Journalists have from the beginning of time. If you change that, you will be destroying the original meaning of a free information path for and by the people!

Mr Assange provided this Country proof of the democratic lies and manipulations and treason and murder and soo many other things which America knew NOTHING about. Without people as him, every citizen w/ any opinion would be jailed by now.

Julian Assange is a journalist. He released information given to him, not information stolen by him. If New York Times and other publications put the same information that WikiLeaks exposed, then why are they held at a different standard?
We learned through Watergate that it is not illegal for a journalist to publish classified information given to them. Julian Assange was given this information. As a journalist he published it.
Their is a double standard on what our "MSM" can report, and the standard you have set for Assange. Releasing information is what journalist do.
If we don't receive the truth from him, I ask you where do we go for the truth anymore! If government is scared of dirty little secrets, then quit keeping them. Don't go after the messenger. But the crooked government we live under.
