I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people care about this and it is clearly your dedication pushing this forward. If we can reach the next milestone, it will be impossible for anyone to ignore that we want Art back on the air.

I am a current Sirius XM subscriber and wish to hear Art Bell live in any format he wishes to resume with.
FREE ART BELL. SiriusXM DID NOT stick to their end of the bargain, & now Art's being penalized??
you suckered Art Bell into to a Contract knowing full well that this wouldn't work so that you can keep him of the Radio and then give that spot to Premier and Georg Noory proofs right there that all this was a hoax to keep Art Bell from creating a new show that puts c2c out of business and you should release him out of the Contract that he signed under false pretense on your part.
Please realize that Force Majeur seems to be in place here and Release Art Bell, if the story is true and you couldn't deliver then be gentlemen and Ladies and stop this stuff, PS nice Stock Price as we spread the word across several networks down 10% and falling, remember the people can choose other media quickly it happened to TWC, CMCSA etc.
Free Art Bell from his non-compete. All the bad press Sirius is receiving is not worth it.

I think the reason for enforcing the non-compete is because they are scared to death of the superior competition. Free him, let him go we need him.
