The election reforms we demanded are finally being implemented and the list is being cleaned at last. I am drained from this fight but incredibly grateful to the 183 of you who refused to walk away when progress seemed impossible. We must keep watching to ensure these changes hold firm.

The silence from the commission is exhausting but I am still sending these letters because the alternative is to let our basic rights be ignored. I am tired of watching our laws be treated like suggestions instead of the foundation of our democracy.

The momentum behind this effort has grown into something I honestly did not think possible when I started. It is exhausting to keep pushing against a system that refuses to listen, but seeing this level of public engagement proves we are not alone in this fight.

I support free and fair election...can't in my wildest dream comprehend why persons living out of Dominica for 10, 20, 30 years think they are doing right by interfering in the electoral process in Dominica. I just can't understand this kind of illogical thinking.
we need election reform in dominica. i support cleaning the voters list regulary and people beingbissued with voters id cards. i also support having clear and fair policing regarding voting.
I totally agree, since the election commission seems not to be following their own policies. I found out I'm a registered voter in DA yet I have NEVER registered to vote!!! My dad, my aunt other friends and family members have been in their words "absent" from Dominica for over 5 years, some haven't been back in 20+ years yet their name on the list! Smh! I want my name off that list!
It was time that a group had the courage to stand up against corrupt practices such as buying tickets for votes. If you are so good there is no need for that. Your people will vote you. Shame on those who try to steal the election.
A government which has pride itself on progress should be able to contest and win an election on its performance. Without electoral reform there will not be free and fair elections. The power of the people must demand reform from the people in power.
The Prime Minister of Dominica is LAWLESS he must understand that all nations are governed by laws and he should respect the laws of the nation he leads. he should have been arrested on election day because he violated the law which says that all campaigning ceases at midnight on Sunday December 07th 2014. he was on the ground in grandfond bribing and villagers. rules are put in place to ensure PEACE in the nation why should Roosevelt Skeritt place himself above the LAWS and then have his sick lawyers bribe and pay JUDGES to let him have his way???
Hey guys why do we only have 180 SIGNATURES? Are we doing enough here?

We cannot have more names on the voters list than we have in the nations population, when we remove all the children who are not yet 18 years and even those 18 and over who are not registered clearly we can see the disparity, its time to clean up the voters list.
