Auto aim breaks the game and makes it so that no skill is required to kill anyone. You could be sprinting 50 meters away from someone and they'll still get a 1 hit kill headshot on you. The games autoaim is broken and it spoils the entire online experience. This has been said since the initian release of online and still hasn't been fixed for some reason.

We need free-aim lobbies so that the many players that have this preference can enjoy the game. If these lobbies aren't implemented most free-aim players will stop playing rdo entirely.

I'm leveling in hopes they will add free aim but if they never do I surely will leave the game because there's no challenge or reward in auto aim pvp

It is very annoying for me and my Bahds experience. Free aim first person for immersion against third person auto aim abusers, I have had a couple of people now attempting assassinations on our posse which is part of the game and I enjoy having to defend my Bahds against our rivals but but but... when you are in tall trees chilling having a laugh and feeding random AI To grizzlies and cougars , a rival places a assassination attempt on your posse so the excitement builds we are both getting ready for whoever tries to kill us to step fourth. We have no map and are using free aim + a few p c pelts on our horses so we hitch the steeds. We have a rule if you die way to quick as in walking in to a bunch of elites on halo on legendary quick then we take the first death and put it on auto aim and within seconds our rival has fled! Or left the game so they can go try hassle some other poor peeps... Auto aim=#RockstarBasicallyDoesAllTheWork. I'm signing this petition because online it works and it is great but having to constantly take the first death then change to auto aim is annoying and for this makes it unplayable. Always seems that these kinds of players are a bit toxic too, I had one player asking for Instagram Facebook my phone number all because he started something and Rockstars Auto Aim finished it he was not happy at all when we changed to auto aim. His excuse was I'm using auto aim because I can see you are using first person so you move quicker! This is a good percentage of your players on rockstar titles the type of people to get a flying bike or anything that has lock on missiles on gta and lock on lock on lock on after a while it gets annoying. Apart from that the campaign the feels the nostalgic trips threw the rdr1 map is phenomenal. Hope you guys learn from rdr2 and return gta to what it once was. Not all this futuristic nonsense maybe a 80s or a 50s Gta scrub out all this lock on pigs toes mess.

I think AA and FA should be split because as a free aim player I don’t like the idea of auto locking onto my opponents and killing someone feels more rewarding then having the game do the work for me.
