Adam Milligan is a minor character on the TV show Supernatural. Adam is the third child of John Winchester's and he is currently suffering unknown torture and agony from being locked in Lucifer's Cage with Lucifer and the archangel Michael. Since time passes differently in Hell and Adam has been trapped there for over three years in the real world, in Hell, he has spent many hundreds of years locked between two very angry and relentless angels. The Winchesters seem to have completely forgotten about Adam since his name has only come up once in all the time since he was sealed in the cage. Now that we know that innocent souls can be saved from Hell, it is time for the Winchesters to find a way to save Adam.
