The new rule at the jail for visitation is that if you have been incarcerated you cannot visit at inmate for six months. It doesn't matter if you were innocent and the state drops the charges, or you were behind in fines, or if your case is still pending, or your family. I feel this rule needs to be changed especially since the law does state that u are innocent until proven guilty.

Strongly agree this policy needs to be changed or done away with
some of us dont have a lot of family. Especially ones who will come visit.I think if they have been locked up or not as long as u have no conspiracy theory's going onThey are usually thats bringing the inmates the money u know uwant them to have
YES IT NEED TO BE CHANGE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THEM ON VISITATION DAY BECAUSE YOU NEED TO FIND OUT STUFF AND TO LEAVE MONEY OR A PHONE CARD IF THEY ARE ALOUD TO HAVE THEM
