i have purchased a htc desire310 mobile from univercell telecommunications from express avenue branch in chennai with insurance coverage.at the time of purchasing the mobile univercell staff has told me that if you loose or lost your mobile then i can get the money back as an insurance coverage.hence i have lost my mobile past 2 months while riding an 2 wheeler i have kept my mobile in pocket as usually i keep. in traffic someone made pick pocket and thefted my mobile from my pocket,after that i have given the police complaint,and after that even i have given all the necessary documents to the oriental insurance company and univercell telecommunications.hence now i am getting an letter from the oriental insurance that your policy is only covered with theft insurance,not with misplace mysterious,but at the time of purchasing the mobile the univercell staff has told me that anyhow if i miss my mobile i will get the money from insurance company.but now the insurance company is refusing me to pay the amount stating that my incident is not covered under the insurance terms.hence please do the needful and support me so that i can get my insurance value of 85% of my mobile.thats all i need the justice.
