Reaching this point has been a long and draining climb. Seeing this level of engagement reminds me that I am not the only one exhausted by the current state of housing in this town.

Finally some progress. Hay River needs this or we are never going to get new families to move here.
I think this is the most financially responsible choice for future development in hay river
People have so much to say against the town but nobody dares show their face to council meetings. Facebook lawyers
Positive growth and development is greatly needed. There’s plenty of green space in town.
I will be directly affected by this development. I have been dealing with this since 1999 when I moved to my house. Development has to happen in Hay River, and I like the plan I have seen.
We definitely need this. This town has been stagnant for too long.
Waste of a beautiful space it needs a purpose :0)

Stagnation is killing this place. We need new lots so people stop leaving town just to find a place to live.
